Because it was always rejected, I finally got a moment forget eBay account registration issues, and forget the stuff that I will buy there. A few weeks back I was trying to confirm the account using a credit card in advance and credit card is finally accepted by eBay.
From experience I can make a conclusion that the cause of the credit card was rejected because eBay is still a new credit card. So, if you have the same thing as above do confirm credit card credit card if age is more than one month in order to be accepted by eBay.
