Email is one of the main things when we are going to register in various online media, such as social networking sites, blogs, etc.. When we forget the password to log into our account on the service we easily get our email back just by sending a reset password to our email address. However, when we had that email address could not be opened because the services are not for life, the problem will occur because we can not restore our lost password or forgotten from memory.
Therefore, I strongly recommend to use email service which is trusted, such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc..
